DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & WARRANTY INFORMATION
Many of the products manufactured by Optimum Pool Technologies, Inc. carry a warranty. Please refer to the specific product’s manual for warranty information and scope before contacting Optimum Pool Technologies, Inc. concerning warranty coverage. Optimum Pool Technologies, Inc. does not express or imply any other warranties beyond those stated in official product descriptions or manuals. Optimum Pool Technologies, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, cost, or damage due to customer negligence or error. For all warranty replacements, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
We stand behind our products. Optimum Pool Technologies, Inc. will honor its product’s warranties as expressed in their respective warranty documents.
Cancellations are only permissible for products that have not already been shipped or picked up. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Optimum Pool Technologies, Inc. by phone or email. All Cancellations are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and must be approved by Optimum Pool Technologies, Inc. To request a return, please contact us by phone or email to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and give us a detailed description as to why you are looking to return the item(s).
Optimum Pool Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping costs for returned merchandise. All original shipping, freight, and handling charges are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking/handling fee.
All returned items must be in new condition and have original packaging, warranty cards, and all owner’s manuals to be returned. If you have received a defective product, please refer to the product manual for warranty information before contacting Optimum Pool Technologies, Inc.
Items damaged in transit by the delivery carrier require a copy of the carrier’s paperwork clearly stating that the item was damaged when it arrived.
If Optimum Pool Technologies, Inc. has shipped the wrong product by mistake, please contact us to notify us of the mistake and we will promptly exchange the item(s), if returned undamaged within 10 days of receipt, at no cost to the customer.
